Dr. William Stanford Receives 2006 Gold Medal Award
from the North American Society of Cardiac Imaging


Dr. William Stanford, Professor-Emeritus, University of Iowa Department of Radiology, was awarded the North American Society of Cardiac Imaging Gold Medal for his outstanding  contributions in the field of cardiac imaging at the Society’s annual meeting in Las Vegas.  Dr. Stanford was recognized for his research in Electron Beam CT and Helical CT imaging of coronary artery
